We are nestled deep in the woods on a gravel road underneath the most beautiful starry night you will ever see. Our closest neighbors are God’s creatures, such as the Great Horned Owl hooting as he flies over, or the coyotes howling while traveling near the farm.

We are located 17 miles East on Highway 16 off of I-55 in Amite, Louisiana, then 2 1/2 miles south down a gravel road. Our closest neighbors are 3/4 of a mile east, 2 1/2 miles north, 5 miles west, and 2 1/2 miles south. Now that’s country!

Russell Roy, a native of Louisiana, attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and earned his degree in Animal Science.

He joined the American Bantam Association in 1964, and has since become one of the foremost authorities in the fields of cattle breeding, swine genetics, and poultry breed development. He has bred animals of the highest quality genetically and in the epitome of health.
